F350 Lowering Rear Suspension

So I just purchased this a couple days ago. The rear suspension on this seems pretty tall. I do pull a 5th wheel pretty often and seen another thread about lowering F250’s. If I wanted could I lower the rear of mine? Thanks.

You've probably already got the shorter blocks above your springs. I'd wait and see how it sets with the 5th wheel in tow before doing anything, You may find it to ride level enough at that point.
