So far all they came up with was unplugging it for a couple minutes so it will reboot, hasn't worked

That is a standard thing they ask.. I always do that to any electronics I own when I have a problem..

Morning Steve, Rod, just come in from shoveling the driveway. There was twice as much as I thought when I first looked out the window,was closer to 3 inches of powder..wind still feels a little cold.
