has anyone found a wide 8 lug steel wheel in 17"

was rethinking the upcoming crewcab build and may go more of a stock look. wondering if anyone has come across steel stock looking wheel in a 17" x12" or 14"? I want to be able to use stock hubcaps.. i have access to new 16.5" x 9.75 but would like a better choice of tires. looking to get this look but in a bigger rim if possible.

Stockton wheels has some or they can widen wheels too.

It may be really hard to find a wide 17” steel wheel but there should be more options in 16” wheels.

What tire size you planning on running? A 12-14” wide wheel will support 15-20” wide tires!

Per their web site the closest wheel vintiques gets is a 16x10.

Stockton originally bought wheel vintiques. I use to have WV make all my stuff when they where based here in Fresno. They won't do them I checked. Stockton shows 17s but not a 12 or 14 on their site. Still have to call them. Bart doesnt in 17 but will in 16.5 which doesnt help as I would have to do modifying to them to run a dog dish. Thinking a 37" every once in a while.

You are better off with a 16" in a 12 wide. The 17" wheels are newer and mostly 2004 and up.

Oh I have 16 and 16.5s steel and aluminum, but they make some awesome choices in bigger sizes. I know I can do 20s and wouldn't look bad wulith some 37s, but I like the big side wall of a smaller wheel. I also know I can get a 17x12 in a slotted mag(already have several sets in 16.5 size), but I was thinking of something that looks stock with a dog dish cap.

The best answer is everywhere, these wheels are so common. Even new they are still under 70 a wheel.
