hi guys, i did the dfp delete on my own and with the h and s tuner, i didnt have to remove the egr yet, just unplug a orange conector on the valve, and another by the fan. i just ordered the block off plates to delete the 2 exhasut pipes. but in the mean time, im noticing that the vaccum actuated thing is still pullling in, what does this control? the exhasut pipes are not getting hot. but after the truck is off, 2 minutes later i hear that thing release. thanks
I read on one of these forums that you can apply the brake pedal once the system activates, and it will shut off. It worked for me. When I park in a crowd or something I turn the truck off and wait for it to kick on, then apply the brakes.
