So finally the build date has shown up on etis.ford.com 12-03-2018. Does this mean it went through the plant on that day and is done. Very little information. Is there something else I can do other then calling the dealership?

I asked again about the truck on February 28th and was given a new ETA of March 18th.

UGH! Really? Did the train derail?

1st world problems.
My dealer just called me and told me that Ford is having transit issues on the Super Duty trucks. Is this true? I had an updated ETA of March 18th (yesterday) and now I have no truck or an updated ETA.

Donlen shows a new lead time of 16-18 weeks and I am now in my 20th week of waiting. WTH?!

What Donlen shows Is really aimed at fleet orders, not retail orders. And actually that is old info, fleet orders now projected at 18-20 weeks. This is because fleet orders use a different scheduling priority structure.

if your dealership really wants to help they should sell your rig at their cost or minimal 1-2K in accessories. ( their cost to buy those accessories)
