Anyone have experience using the blocks listed below instead of purchasing ‘16 oem blocks?

Those blocks look interesting, but they do not include the bump-stop "arms."

Can anyone else comment on what they paid a shop to change out these spacers?

I went to one place and he quoted me "2-3 hours of labor, about $200-300". Seems rediculously high, considering how many people here are saying it's an easy job for a shop.

I paid $250 labor to an independent shop to replace the shocks with Fox 2.0’s and to swap the rear blocks. I bought the blocks from Ford and the shocks online.

As I posted earlier, I went to a commercial spring shop. Actual labor time was less than 15 minutes. They didn't even charge me for that. It took them a few minutes to make the new U bolts. They were $14.95 each. These guys work on big heavy trucks. They know what they are doing. Try a commercial spring shop if there is one in your area.

I did mine in about an hour myself on the floor in my garage.

Took me about an hour and a half on my driveway. With that being said, it's a fair amount of manual labor. The U-bolt nuts have some serious torque. Had to use a pipe on a 24 inch breaker bar to get them loose.

I talked to shop about labor to install because I don't have the tools and I'll bring the parts, the guy told me they can do it but will be a hard ride because the suspension will be compressed
Is this is true? Is a big difference on a 350?

I'd go somewhere else because that guy sounds absolutely clueless about leaf spring suspensions.

That guy is clueless or doesn't understand what you want done.

I will assume you just want to swap out the factory blocks with shorter ones. Local tire stores may do this.
