Surprise! It's Here Early!
A week ago I sat in the sales room of my dealership waiting on an oil change. The computer--which I saw with my own eyes--reported my truck (ordered 7/24) was being built this week and had an ETA of 9/22-9/28.
Today, my sales rep emailed me and said my truck had arrived. Surprise! I don't understand the discrepancy at all between what the computer said what was happening (based on the VIN) and what actually happened--there's no way it could have been built this week and delivered today, right? I get to pick it up Tuesday, but couldn't resist going to dealership tonight to actually see it in person and snap a few pics. It was locked, which is good, but man it sure does look good.

Good looking truck! I saw where bronze fire has been discontinued for the 2018 model, so yours will be unique. I also ordered mine on 7/24/17, but mine was delivered to the dealer on 9/1/17 ... also a KR model (oxford white). Dealer was closed Labor Day weekend and I couldn't pick it up until 9/5/17.

Caribou was offered as an all-over color awhile back and then dropped, but has remained as the KR accent color. And while caribou was dropped as an all-over color, I don't know if it has been dropped as the accent color for 2018.

I guess I don't know for sure, but I read on here that the new Stone color will be used as the accent color for KRs. I was assuming that Caribou was completely gone as a choice based on that information.

Thats the way i understood it as well. I wanted ruby red /caribou, but now i guess its just ruby, as the gray doesnt really go with camel int. IMO, would be kind of cool (and expensive) to get the two tone (for the wheel well pieces mostly) and have it painted camel color at a body shop. would be unique, but might hurt resale.
