I stopped by my neighbors store, he has a medeteranian meat and cheese shop and I picked up a variety of sausages. Goat, beef, a mixed and wild meat type. Have one of each on the spinner and hope they cook up good.

We usually have that every Sunday for brunch.
No idea what goat tastes like and don't want to find out either.
