Door bottoms need patched, I through the fenders in the trash, there was nothing left of them. The hood looks pretty good but there might be some rust through under the nose edge but won't know until I sandblast it next year..This truck was in really rough shape..

It sounds like it was really bad, a good thing you came along to rescue it other wise it would have have gone for scrap.

I`m glad you can save it, I couldn`t. My parts trucks are in way better shape and there is no way I would be capable of fixing them on my own.

They are getting scarce around here too, the ones that are left are getting pricey. No way would I want to be buying any now.

I think I'm going to need the F350 fenders or make bigger wheel openings in a set of F100 fenders..

I have another set of F350 fenders on a truck if I decide to part it out, they maybe a bit banged up but shouldn`t be too rusted. I`m saving the one spare set for my 56 F350.

Let me know if you part it out. I need to see what size tires I can get for these 16 inch rims from the F350 , the tires on it now a 31 inches and I think that might be too big for a F100 fender..

I think any 16'' tire/rim would look a bit odd with F100 fenders but I could be wrong.

There are those guys that run with 20 inch rims and rubber bands for tires but I don't like that look, 16 inch rim isn't that much bigger that the 15's..
