My grandparents and autowrecker neighbor taught me to reuse everything until its really dead. This year I get to work on my yard and can put some of what I've collected to use.
With all that`s going on I`m just happy to be able to get what we need. I shop in as few stores as I can, sometimes I phone to see if what we need is available before going shopping.
For most parts we've been getting most of what we need here in town, the drive to Dryden is the most enjoyable part of the shopping day. We have driven there some days just for the drive and a cup of coffee at Tim's and sometimes stop in at friends..
The stores and mall are on my regular road routes so when I see no lines I'll drop and shop. I live close enough to the stores that if I buy something perishable or frozen I can backtrack to the house and put it away, advantage of the area that I live in and lots of free time.

I went to Penticton last weekend to get a few things. Two reasons for my trip at this time were to get a few things and to beat the opening up process. I noticed two stores with lineups waiting to enter. One was Canadian tire, the other was a garden center. Today when I took a walk with the dogs there was a lineup to go inside and the pumps had vehicles waiting.
