Hi John, I guess that kind of puts a damper on the siding work huh.

 

I finished planing all I took down this morning but waiting until tomorrow morning to start the staining which will take place over the next 3 days so Monday I should be back to installing the boards again then taking the rest down from that side..I still have parts for the truck that are on back order, was going to have what's there shipped but shipping company can't guaranty when it can be delivered so the vendor I'm purchasing it from is going to hold onto it longer just so it doesn't get lost in some warehouse someplace, damaged or pilfered

 

I think that's a good way to go with the parts.

 

Hello everyone, it`s too cold to snow here but at least it`s bright and sunny.

 

Hi Morris. When I lived in Alberta it seemed like the colder it got the greater the chance of snow. Here it seems the closer the temp gets to the freezing point the more snow we get.

 

Same here, when it`s real cold it seldom if ever snows. Sunday evening it was warm enough to rain then as it got cold it snowed Monday morning.

 

I just hope this weather doesn't hang on much longer. I guess it doesn't really matter though can't do much if you have to spend the bulk of your time at home.

 

It's a real bummer now with all the cheap gas which would make it nice to travel some place but you risk the chance of dying if you go anywhere...

 

Last week diesel actually went up 5 cents a liter, gas went down though.

 

It finally made it down to $.899 in Dryden, still 25-30¢ more than everywhere else..

 

At least it`ll be a bit warmer next wk.
Not much fun driving around if you can`t stop anywhere and talk to anyone.
Gas is 58 cents a litre and diesel is 86 cents and the stock market is in the toilet.
