I inspected wiring and seems to be solid. And I was thinking same thing about showing code. Although just cause torque pro shows none doesnt mean others will aswell. Think my buddy will let me throw one on before I buy just gonna see if helps. If 80 fixes my problem though I'd be happy. Have done alot of work myself to this truck. (5k atleast in just parts in last 2yrs) but this problem had me stumped

That would be great! Keep us informed.

Torque pro isn't bad pulling codes, but doesn't seem as complete as my DashDAQ, so I'm not sure on that one.

With our two trucks, we did need to replace one Baro sensor, and that took car of it.

P0069 is the Baro correlation DTC

P0106 and P0107 are two more Baro correlation codes (P0107 is an electrical code)

Code P0236 is set at idle when MAP is more than 70 kPa or 10 psi above BARO or MGP is greater than 30 kPa or 4.4 psi.

Had battery's individual tested 3 times each. Both were between 12.4v and 12.7v... have not gotten baro sensor yet. Did have codes checked and only one was p0405. Bad egr. But shouldn't have anything to do with startup correct.

This code means a bad EGR valve, caused by a bad coil in the valve, or PERHAPS a bad connector. Cleaning a valve with a p0405 is a waste of time.
Getting this code may disable the cooling fan.

A bad EGR valve (stuck open) can affect starts. You can pull the EGR valve and inpsect to see if it is stuck open. Even if it isn't, it needs to be replaced (or deleted).

Simple voltage checks are not anywhere near sufficient - they need to be load tested, but then I have already said that!

I figured that you did, but when you didn't mention it .........

One free thing you can do now is pull the EGR valve. Clean it up and re-install (making sure it is closed on the install). Then leave it unplugged. It should remain closed (for the most part). This doesn't fix the valve, but it is a way to see if that makes any difference on starts.
