Heater controls / gas tank selector switch

I could not use the factory gas tank selector switch...
the selector valve for the diesel is electric so the switch needs to be double pole & double throw to run the valve motor as well as switch the gauge.

Headlight / wiper *****

If you haven't noticed I kind of have a skull theme...
Made some headlight and wiper ***** out of some metal skull valve caps.
Drill a hole in the back for the rod, drill the hole some across the opening ( but not all the way through ) where the valve stem screws in so the shaft can bridge the hole. Re thread the valve stem hole for an Allen set screw and tighten it down on the shaft.

Good trick for any valve cap you might want to turn into a custom ****...

First fire up!

Started it up for the first time in the truck.

I couldn't figure out how to turn the video into a URL or how to get it posted on here but I did figure out how to upload to you tube so here is that link.

Lights!

I went all LED, I just put in 1157 LED conversion bulbs for the turn signals and tail lights.
194 LED conversions for the side markers.
I also used LED in the license lights I believe they were 1150's.
Keep in mind if you plan to go LED you either need the ones with built-in resistors or to run an electronic flasher.
I went the flasher route if you do this be sure to get two 1 for the turn signals and one for the hazards.

I used this flasher https://m.summitracing.com/parts/upd...Z30BoC0QTw_wcB

Plumbing the air

Wish I would have taken a few more pics but plumbed air into the bed side tool box and the drivers side of the tool box. Then there is the fitting under the hood also.

Put together a repair kit for the toolbox just Incase I need to fix it on the trail.

Rear air bags

Plumbing the air means doing the air bags also.
I put the bags on solenoids so I can inflate or deflate with a toggle from the dash.
Didn't get a good pic of the solenoids but they are mounted on top of the crossmember just below the bed floor so they are good and protected.

Very nice build Clay !

I like the detail in it. It proves you're are practical thinker.

Core support to grille seals

I put new radiator core support to grille shell seals on.
Seemed like a good idea to keep the air channelled through the radiator and they double as tool holders when you are working on it haha.
