Is anyone able to identify. I alwqys understood it was a driver license. It went AWOL / MIA for a bunch of years, then this morning I happened to look under a mat in one of my tool boxws and there it was, hiding.

This was too interesting not to look up.
It's an Urbanina, built in Italy. They were available electric, and 2-cycle gas.
There's not much information out there about them. It took a little while to find that.
But, while I was in the rabbit hole I found these, which I thought were interesting:
Ford B-150 Carryall, available in South/Central America. Maybe in Mexico as well.
Ford B-250 Carryall
