I purchased a 2003 6.0 injector from injectorsdirect.com. It is suppose to be an reman OEM motorcraft injector. They called me before shipping and ask if it was okay to put in flat rate box to help me save on return shipping for core. Is anyone able to verify it's a reman motorcraft injector? Thanks
Sounds good, thanks guys. Just had me confused as to why they would want to rebox it in what appears to be a larger box and say it would save money. We will see how it does!

Probably because they need the original box to get core credit, Ford is pcky about that.
GM is even worse, I recently bought some Dmax injectors from the GM dealer and had to transfer EVERY CAP to the core, wrap it in the plastic wrapper and put it in the original box or they won't give you credit.
I bought a set from them a year or so ago and returned them, the warranty at that time was only 1 year and they didn't look like Motorcraft. They shipped the same way, USPS Flat Rate in bubble wrap and no protective caps, I wasn't impressed. I went with Autonation/Tousley for just a little more money and piece of mind.

Sounds like you got the refurbished or reman injectors, they are only 1 year warranty
