Rear Sway Bar for a 79 F150 with Lift

My truck doesnt have a rear sway bar. I know the front has different End links and such for lifted trucks. But is there a sway bar for the rear?

Yes. You would have to extend the arms to account for the lift though. I've done a few.

Yes they need to be extended butnot all that much. Also check eBay as they sell longer universal links, if you don't want to just extend yours. I extended my front links just about a week or so ago and installed new poly bushings for top and bottom it was very easy all I did was get a longer grade 8 bolt with enough thread and enough shank to accommodate the new poly bushings and welded that to the end of the cut link for the fronts. The rears may be just as simple. Haven't started on the rear yet.
