Damn, with all that original trim and in such good shape to me it just looks like paint and body work. If you give some detail about interior/engine drivetrain others can chime in.

EDIT: Also, welcome to FTE ! just saw it was official post 1. Everyone here is great and a ton of help.

I second the paint and body work. Does it stop well, drive straight, all lights inside and outside work?

There's nothing wrong with driving it as it until all the lights and gauges work then do the body work.

I read a post on here where you take WD40 and aluminum foil to the any non painted aluminum to get it bright and shiny. I would try that on your grill cover and see it shine.

What do you see the truck doing?

Well, it has a 351w thats been bored .30 over with 4 speed granny gear tranny. The interior is decent only 1 tear in the seat on drivers side. It has brand new 33 10.50s on it with brand new chrome bullet holes. The rust has been fixed these pics are from about a year ago dont have any recent ones but as soon as I can ill post some recents

It runs great, drive great, all lights work, all gauges but temp gauge but i have a small aftermarket one on it on the bottom of the dash. My plans for the truck are to possible lift it about 4 inches and do 35s on it and maybe build the motor to a 408 stroker

I may or may not be wrong on this one but the common 408 stroker is off the newer 351W that is stroked to ~4.125" and bored .030.
Your 351M if you change the rotating assembly will become a 400 block that's .030 over. The 351M was a destroked 400. Not to be confused with the 302 and 351W where some parts are interchangeable but not the H.O. crank because its smaller diameter and the block height is shorter.

If you put a TMyer kit in there you'll be really happy with it. I have read atleast 4 threads who are pushing over 400HP on a 400block which was converted from a 351M.

Theres lots of different ways to lift the truck and different companies. Most local spring shops can build you a set easily, theres Atlas Spring and Deaver Spring (recently there was a horrible Atlas review) then the cookie cutter springs you can get off jegs and summit.
77&79 F250 also has a great read on lifting the trucks.
Truck looks good man!

A 408 will kick *** in that especially with the right heads say AFR185s. Seriously that 351W stroked is a complete powerhouse. It's a huge thumbs up!!!!

Thanks man, It'll be awhile before I start building the truck though. Gotta save up the money first. Plus I'm helping my buddy build his 74 F100 right now.
