I want to see your custom or modified grilles!

I'm looking for a little inspiration. Show me your custom or modified grille. And tell us what you did to it.

Removed the park lights and replaced the top bar with a solid bar to match the other 4.

I don't have a pic but the one I seen I like the best was the chrome ford focus grill that looks just like the newer truck grilles in the 51 F1. It looked like it fit well and matched the round headlights

My custom grille has been carefully crafted over the past 60+ years with use and abuse to give it that unique, one of a kind, 'beat the hell out of' look.

Very little modification. Sunk the headlights and used 56 trim rings and hid the parking/signal lights. Eventually going to get rid of the indentations for the stock signals.

I don't have any pictures but on my 55 I plan to butcher the original grill and use the recessed door rings from a 1956 grill.

With '48-'50s, the only mod required is a buff-out with Mother's.

Heres an in progress shot of mine. 56 headlight buckets with the eyebrows and sunken bezel. Extended a F1 center bar by 6 inches on each side and added 5 teeth.
