1965 F350 Stakeside Farm Truck

I was just looking around the site I gave you and they have the special socket as well. Have fun ! It's $52...ouch! But I've seen the result of installing these kind of nuts without the proper socket and you don't want to do that on a road vehicle. What I saw happened on a farm tractor...the bearing race cracked in half...not a huge deal on a slow moving tractor, but not desirable on a pickup.

Rear Brakes
Thanks all for the help last night. Napa had the 2 9/16 socket for 16.95 and the spindle nuts came right off. The nuts already had gouges in them from someone previously taken them off W/chisel & hammer...
Tommorow I will replace the M/C and put on the Rebuilt Carb and new fuel filters and take it for its inauguratory test drive!
Mechanically everything should be well, but will need to figure out turn signals, brake lights, etc...
Any one have any Vintage radio repair shop recommendations? I sall a site today where they can add FM and install an iPod hookup...has anyone had this done?
Here our some pictures of the interior when I first purchased last week..But it's all cleaned up now, just have yet to snap any new pics!

There arent many options for radios in these trucks unless you want modifcations to the dash. Myself, I dont want to cut the dash, and want the stock look. This radio will be a direct bolt on w/o any modifications. Bronco/Truck RadioNot sure if you want to spend this much, but music is important to me so I will be purchasing one when the time comes.

You can always hide the stereo receiver in the glovebox and put speakers in boxes facing out from underneath the seat. I can post pictures if how it was done on my truck if you're interested. (It came that way, and was done cleanly, though I'll likely be taking it out as I generally don't listen to music in my old trucks and would prefer to have the functional glovebox.)
