Currently, about one half inch. When I return from a trip up north I will lift the camper to get more clearance. The funny thing is I measured the camper prior to the install and it should have fit with no problem. Unfortunately Ford's measurements in their super duty brochure were incorrect.. Go figure..

Not a big deal. Lots of us have had to space our slide-ins up to get clearance.

Old FWC Fleet on an OBS

I joined the slide in club last spring. Made it one night before stripping the camper down and rebuilding how I wanted, for a flatbed. Finally finished it this fall and have used it a few times. What it gives up in creature comfort it makes up for in mobility. I'm very happy with it so far.

Last week I was in Moab with it. I see lots of fun times ahead.

Welcome to the club! I live in Tennessee and it was 78 degrees yesterday. What's that white stuff on the ground?

1995 Lance Squire Lite we purchased this summer. Only one trip to date, but so far it's been a great camper.

Wavehunter, that's quite the rack on top of the camper. What do you use it for?

I’ve been building this rack with a buddy of mine for a couple of weeks now. We’re doing all the welding littlr by little. I wanted to build a big and sturdy rack because I will be taking this Rig to South America on a year long road trip and need plenty of storage space and want to be able to walk up there and move things around with ease. I plan on tying a lot of toys up there like surfboards and solar panels and stuff and still be able to put up a chair and drink a beer while watching the sunset . The only thing I have to do left is weld the expansion sheet as the flooring and paint.
