Thanks I am happy to find it been looking for over a year
Not sure what direction I'll go with it. My guess is to keep it original as possible the old girl earned it

71--67 F100

its got the drop I beams, but a long ways from the cv

seats are in good shape, but need some tlc to clean and soften up

this is my 1971 with 67 front end. I have a cv front end and king ranch f150 buckets waiting to go in. I want to get rid of the 3 speed auto for a five speed to sit behind the 302. Has anyone got any direction for me to go on the 5 speed?

I just bought mine a little over a year ago and in its current condition. I have big plans for its future and the 72 next to it will donate its hood and doors and possibly cab depending on how bad the 71 proves to be.

1971 F-250 Custom, 360/C6. Found it in an ad for the slide-in camper the owner was trying to sell. That front fender and bumper is the only real damage on it. Complete with the original owners 12 Armored Division emblem on the front grille.

The interior was just as clean, complete with a Book of Psalms in the door and a 30 year old Forest Service map with all the old guys fishing spots (and one where his dog died) marked on it in the glovebox.

nice find.. really hard to find trucks that clean in this area (ozark mountains).. here the trucks were used until they were dead!!!... then rebuilt and used some more....

What a great find amigo. Wish that truck could talk, but if you listen awhile, it will speak to you about the former owner. I am betting that there is a Ford dealership near, that knows that truck. Its been cared for..

Got her home

Finally got her home today... cleaned her up with some rubbing compound... so far no major surprises did find the driver floor board was patched good enough for now. Wheels wells solid no patches that I can tell.

Bajafishnut, the front on mine still has the dealer license plate frame on it and that dealer is about 40 miles from where I bought it. I am going to run by there soon and see if they have any history on it for me! Funny too because I had not heard of this particular dealer before.

dkj313, super clean find there! Any cool finds in the truck?
