Newb from Tucson with 1952 F3
Found a really nice F3 for a retirement project. I've been a mechanic/welder most of my life so I'm comfortable with most of what I want to do. First flathead though.
Every time I did an internet search for questions I had, I ended up on this site. I have plenty to learn so here I am.
Biggest obstacle so far is finding an Express Bed for it. I got it with a stake bed.
Got lucky and found an unmolested truck from the daughter of the original owner. Everything is there and everything works. Low miles and one small rust spot on passenger fender.
Short term goal is getting it "updated" a little bit so I can drive it reliably around town. Eventually take it apart and paint frame and body. Rebuild engine IF I have to.
It was a driver already. Sat a couple years under a tarp after the owner passed away. Glad I found it and glad I found this site.
