Looks like new but with a consistent manufacturing defect. It appears to be 6 of them with the same flaw in the same place, please correct me if wrong. I'd expect you could return them and ask the replacements be inspected for that flaw first. But there is a lot of steel there and IIRC no big load on that part and just a square with a few holes punched thru it, no critical design features, so an occasional void would be harmless IMO. Only that part is made from that particular flat stock, all the other parts are cast separately or machined from different stock. If I was in a hurry I'd use them as is and tow the 5er to Yellowstone, no worries. But if I had time I'd get replacements, just cuz my baby deserves the best.

Show the pics to the vendor and see what they say.

160/100s right?

So they are new with aftermarket nozzles.

My money says those are tool marks from installing the nozzles.

That is certainly possible.

You have documented what they look like. Contact the seller/builder and express your concerns. Most likely not anything to worry about. They don't look like 'used' injectors..

Let us know what ya think of them once ya get them installed!!!!!!!!

They definitely do not look used. If it were me I would install them.

Casting flaws, i bought 2 a few weeks back and both had that same flaw on the same spot. Run them.

I'm going to split hairs here. Are those parts cast or stamped/fine blanked? Those look like stamping flaws to be honest.
