Cut the hole for the radio
Dry fit
Done for now
I used a jig saw to cut the hole for the radio. I moved it as far left as I could. I'm looking at adding a cigarette/USB attachment on the other side.
My 2 best friends Google and YouTube taught me how to solder. I left the original stereo in. Something nostalgic about it I guess. So I ran all new wiring for the install. Right now it's alligator clamped to the fuse box until my fuse tabs come in. I checked close to 10 stores stores around here and couldn't find them in Stock. I've got 2 door speakers but I ran out of time to install them. So I used some wire nuts and placed them behind the seat for now... So can enjoy my hard work.
I just realized that the box is still pretty dirty from these pics.. Oh well. I will have to drill holes in my door to run the speaker wire through. Does anyone have any tips for making that as easy as possible?
