1970's ish...plastic vent shades? Anyone ever seen them or know of them being made for a 79? I am thinking 80's ish? What do you think as far as fit?

I already have a FTE local member wanting to buy it, and I have a long list of folks that want this piece and that part and oh those parts too.....Looks like I better get a couple more parts trucks.

Mine has the AutoVentshade brand. Very rounded looking. Fairly bulbous and not at all like the ones in the pic. But guessing those are for a SuperCab with the second pair?
hard to say about the fit, but at an initial glance they don't look like the correct profile down near the bottom front edge to me.

Funny you should find these- I just spotted a dent with plastic ones the other day on the road. They looked like they were made for it, and not adapted but I couldn't stop and ask.

No such thing as a "1972 ford ranger"
The ranger didn't exist until 1983.

When on this forum and someone says "Ranger", it automatically mean Ranger package...on a 6th generation (73-79) F100, F150, F250, F350.

NOT referring to the 1983-2012 1st gen little Ranger.

Speaking of Ranger, (not sure about "find of the week") for me the search for the base is over. '75 highboy with a 429 Thunder Jet I brought home a couple of days ago. 1st day progress with a long way to go.

This guys in Tulsa which is pretty far from me but he’s got a couple of nv4500s and nv5600 for sale for fair prices and one of the 4500’s seems like it has that super expensive 4x4 rear housing.
