Just did radius arm bushings
Have a 73 F250 2WD, 360 w/T-18. Just did the radius bushings and the job went smoothly and fairly quick considering I never did that before. I just bought new tires so I am going to get an alignment, but I was wondering if changing those bushings require an alignment?

Re:
Good question. I did mine about 3 weeks ago and wondering the same thing. One thing I did before I took anything apart was. Measure the length of bolt/threaded area protrusion. From the head of the big nut (at the bushing end) to the end of the arm (on both sides), was 9/32's in. When I put it back together, I turned the big nuts until I had the same amount of threads sticking out past the end of nut's.
So in theory I put it back exactly where it was.

On a 2WD, about the only thing that can change by replacing the RA bushings is toe ... caster and camber are set by the radius arm and spring height/rate, respectively.
If alignment was decent prior to bushing replacement, mark and measure between identical spots on the front and rear of the front tires. Adjust the tie rod(s) as necessary for 1/8-inch toe-in. After each adjustment, roll the truck forward or back aboutt 10 feet to take the bind out of the steering and suspension and then park it in the same exact spot and re-measure.
Now take it out for a test drive. If it's off, then repeat the procedure above.
