So who's running a FE motor with a factory under hood big ole ac box? How much room do you have between the ac box & the valve cover? Trying to figure out if my M/T aluminum valve covers are going to fit on my motor before I put them on & put the ac back in this beast. It's a 77 F150 4x4 with 390 auto.

Lol. I have both a factory under hood & under dash ac units. Options got to always have options. I'd just rather use the under hood set up if I can.

 

Yea, I have that in dash thingy in the back of my truck still lol

 

Put it in. It bolts in kinda under & to the left of the glove box

 

I'll do that here soon. I gotta figure out whats up with my transmission first. It won't engage until almost 2k then it hauls *****.

Also I gotta put in that dash you gave me but I'm gunna repaint it first.
