hunter, also do as jurdan says but buy good fuel line from Napa not this chinese junk. I bought some and put on the truck just 2 months ago and looked at it the other day and it already has cracks in it and I don't even have the bed on the truck or engine in it yet, so be careful what you buy.

My rear tank on the 1973 F350 works great but the fuel gauge doesnt work, the side tank did not flow at all, I pulled the side tank and found 3 things, the tank had been struck by something (Rock-Log) and had a big dent in it, also the sock on the pick up tube deteriorated and the tank was rusted badly and full of crap. I found a new Poly tank at justgastanks.com for $160.00... I live up in the northwest, my rear tank is a polyethelyne as will be the side tank which means I won't have to worry about rust! I also bought new sending units and a new switching valve. Hopefully I will have it all working like new this week!
