On my scangauge koeo is 48 but wen I start it it goes from 49 down to 45.5 it moves back and forth until warmed up. It runs like crap until 140 degrees then runs good and stays around 48

That sounds like a classic case of a failed FICM. Running like this could cause injector damage.
