In Dash Info display (the simple one)

I just purchased a 2011 F350 - it has the simple Info center in the dash. problem is the control in the steering wheel (three buttons) do nothing. I have had it to the dealer they are waiting to hear back from Ford. has anyone else had a similar issue?

It would be nice to give my dealer a few pointer as they could not tell me how long it would be before they would hear back from ford.

it's not a very big issue and I love the truck,

I'm just glad I live very close to work - I traded my daily driver a 06' Fusion that was getting 30 mpg so I would fill up once every 3 weeks. so going to a truck that is doing 11 mpg is a big change.
