I see that you got the idea I was getting at.
But just in case.
Run the fan for the heat and A/C on Recirculate in the truck.The reason I said to add the battery charger is I don't see a reason to burn all that diesel and you don't want to cool the A/C coils and you don't want to end with dead batteries.

Myself I would of used the spray. I have had very good luck in the past. I have also
used ozone and was not as happy.
