Had alot of rain here in FL the last month and I found a leak in the truck. It was dripping down along the back window between the headliner and rear window.

Easy find, it was the bed light on the roof of the truck. Put some clear silicone around it and done. Just in case it starts raining inside

 

My '08 had the same leak. Fixed it the same way you did.
