3 in the tree shift linkage question

I'm fabricating the 5/16" round linkage rods that go from the column shift arms to the transmission shift arms. Wondering what side of the transmission arms do the rod ends attach to? Outside or inside? It's a 54 F100, 3 speed light duty with R10 overdrive.
Thanks

Thanks Ross they are built and on. Need to play with the adjustments a bit to center the neutral position better. I used your idea and used heim joints at both ends. Makes for a smooth action with little slop. Welding the column shift arms after straightening / shortening was successful. I preheated to a point of color change but not red hot before welding.

Looks good! Do I spy a 215 motor? Now that you know how to post pictures, I'd love to see some of your motor.
