I have an 01 F350 crew cab, 4x4, diesel, long box, DRW.

It seems to have a slight vibration under heavy acceleration with a load (15,000 lbs heavy acceleration means 50-75% throttle)

However the vibration is worse while coasting. enough to cause my steering wheel and rear view mirror to vibrate

I do have all new wheel bearings, u joints, and ball joints.

Any idea where I should start?

Do you have a lift, or is your suspension stock?

 

All stock, but I found the problem earlier today. Rear section of the drive shaft twisted some how.

Guessing it happened pulling a heavy load. Just finished installing a new drive shaft a little bit ago.

 

Oh, wow. That must have been one heavy load. WTF are you doing, towing freight trains?

 

I own a recycling company. The last month I did tow some rather large loads, more then I know I should have. But I had no other options, might be time to get a larger truck.
