How to fix front/rear sway bar clunk?

Got this awful clunk when making turns or on uneven ground. Pretty much narrowed it down to the sway bars, I hope lol! Tried replacing all bushings with energy poly ones, no help! Was thinking maybe longer drop links since my 01 has a 6" kit on it? Already running drop links that came with my kit, bar ends not parralel to ground, would this be a problem or could it be somewhere else? Need some help guyz, thanks!!!

Be sure that the link end bolts are good and tight. My clunk came back after I had replaced my bushings. Tightened the link bolts and OK now. I do not have a lift though.

Have you tried removing the swaybar to see if you still get the clunk?

Removed the end links, sound still there. Tightened the body mounts also, still no help.

When was the last time you greased the zerks on the front steering components? I had bad clunking, so I took my sway bar off to eliminate it. They were still there. When I lubed the chassis ALL of my clunking went away.

Go figure.. If you do what Ford says to do, the truck works better. Whoda thunk it.
