Thanks for the reply! How far back along the frame do the fenderwell headers go? Do you have a picture showing the side of the cab & header? Also, did you have to lift the body when you installed them?
I'm planning on doing a very similar setup, but with different mufflers, and I'm trying to figure out how much muffler I can fit between the header and the turn down in front of the rear wheels.

The header collector 3 bolt flange is about 8" past the cab mount bracket.

Heres a picture of the engine on the stand getting ready to put er in.
Heres another picture after we got er bolted in. I know im gonna take some lumps on that dirty engine bay but, with work and our schedules not lining up, I couldnt find time or help to get it pushed on a trailer to run it to the carwash to blow it out and paint it. My plan now is when spring comes im gonna throw a blanket over the engine and power wash the bay really good and paint it. I know it looks like crap now but will get done, just couldnt make it happen yet. I stopped by his place on my way to work tonight and he has the headers in and was getting ready to bend some pipe. Ill have to swing by tomorrow and see what all hes got done. Damn these midnight shifts!
