Those wires are only used for a PTO controller (power take off). Otherwise, just leave them alone. Super Duty and Econoline have the same blunt cut takeouts. HTH

Ford specifically specifies and labeled those wires as "Customer Access Wires" for use as thru wall access

Yes, I should have added that I've run a PTO on Econoline from those wires that I could control engine speed with in park. You can also run a PTO from the under dash connector.

The 64,000 dollar question is "where do those wires end up on cabin side?" I found those but couldn't find the other end, so I've run my own wires...would be nice to find the other ends and use them.
