94 F150 fuel tank question
i just bought a 94 f150 and the gas gauge doesnt work. i am trying to figure out how many gallon the front tank is.

ok so its a 94 f150, is it a reg cab, ext cab? long or short box?

also what tank? usually these trucks have 2, a frame side mounted tank (front of rear axle) and a tank mounted between the rear frame rails, behind the rear axle.

Regular cab long box. It's also 4 wheel drive if that makes a difference

could mostlikely be 19 gallons if the gauge is broken possible sending unit failure

Thank for all the help. I figured it was probably sending unit. Is there anyway to check the gauge cluster?

try swapping to the other tank to see if the gauge changes with the second tank
