Have tall jack stands and jack. Those front springs can be long so you need to get the truck high in the front end. Also get a good pitman arm puller. Those things can be hard to get off. A inpact gun and wrench helps out a lot. Are you doing block with add-a-leaf in the rear or new springs?

Well just installed lift on jeep awhile back and if you have high arched leafs they can be a bitch. Bolt up non shackle end first then you have to jack them in place. We found that the lift leafs were 3"s shorter than the stock ones, so you have to flatten them out to make them longer. JMO

It might look scary as sheoit, but jack stands behind the radius arm mounts on the fame will keep the front end off the ground so you can drop the axle and the arms without anything in the way. To make the stands taller I built cribs from 3 layers of crossed 2x4s sandwhiched between 1/4 plywood, worked great. To get the truck high enough I used floor jacks under the radius arm mounts on the axle to make enough space to put fully screwed out bottle jacks on cribs.

Pull the brake calipers and tie downs for the brake lines early and tie them out of the way.

I helped a friend install a 4" on his 03 F250 and the one important thing to remember is you will need to get it re alligned. Hopefully you have a shop near you that can hook you up Saturday or late Friday
