My house is pretty well insulated and we don't hear much with it all buttoned up, but OMG are they loud!....lol

They have until 2200 with local noise ordinances, especially during the week.

We have a 2130 curfew for under 16 on the street all year!

Baltimore city ahs a 2100 ro 2200 hr curfew in effect yr round. The only time the university doesnt toloerate noise is exam time. AT that point the whole university student body is in quiet hrs and they can get fined by the college.
