Question 1978 F-150 lift kit

Howdy guys, I Have a question, how long will it take and what is involved in the lift. I know I swap out the springs, put in the blocks, get some shocks and a steering arm. So is there anyother major things I need to do to it. I am looking to do it this summer here, so I have the few days to burn to put it together, and by the way, will the good ole 300 move it with like 35 x 12.50's? Thanks guys.

Depends on what size lift. The larger the lift, the more parts, and the more time. It also depends on if you get a really complete kit with all the extras like steering components, bushings and brake lines. Most kits should take a day to a day and a half, giving you atleast the afternoon of the second day to drive around and show your buddies!
