Nope...No way. I used to go to a local club before I got married and even with my F150.... No way.

I'll pay the guy for a closer spot by the front door but I will park it. Only took a couple of times and the valet guys didn't have an issue with it. They got the $$ and didn't have to do anything.

The straw that broke the camels back was when I witnessed the valet driver upon checking out come to a squealing stop just to grab another set of keys.

Before I start my rant I need to say I have NO issue with LEGAL Immigration of people that WANT to become citizens and become Americans.

Now:

The biggest (and best) hospital in Maine is Maine Medical Center, and although it it has it's issues, it's still the best. But they have these Ethiopian and Somali immigrants that are brought here under "refugee" status, and the mess is incredible.
MMC hires these people (because they pay them ultra-low wages via the state program) and they don't speak English. I work in a prison and spend WAY too much time at this hospital, and these friggin implants frequently give us a hard time about parking, as well as try to valet park a state interceptor w/ radios, gear, etc. They don't understand that A: We park in "Law Enforcement" Parking, and B: They can't drive state vehicles. (Although many sit in the back.) 95% of them don't speak English well enough to answer simple questions. The worst ones are the ones who clean the rooms... they don't understand a word... "I clean now." NO! "I clean now." You need to leave. "I Clean now." Drives me up a wall.

Funny too, because all the females (In full Hajii-Ka-Aboom Headress) are the ones cleaning, and the males are always outside either in the parking areas, or booths going into the drive/park areas. Always.

Glad I live in the sticks.

Dually crew cabs are hard to tame in parking lots. I have only let the valet touch mine once. Just after I got the truck I spent the night at the Ritz Carlton. Now that there's so much time and money invested, no one else drives but me.

Preach it ToMang07!
I gave 'em a shot once. Due to the fact that the shift pattern has been long gone on my shifter, the poor lil fella threw it right into reverse and almost put my stinger through the BMW waiting behind us. He got red as a beet and told me if I'd go ahead and park it for him, there would be no charge. Worked out great for me.

When I take my truck in for an oil change, they have to drive it, but I literally stalk and watch them the entire time. Why? Because the first time I took it there, the tech drove it around like a rental car, to the point of jamming the brakes to the point of nose-dive! No one else cares for your vehicle like you, and plenty of valet drivers are fine, but enough will take advantage and abuse the heck out of your ride if they think you're not around.
