F350 rear blocks on 2011 F250 with rear sway bar?

Hi all, I was wondering if i need rear sway bar brackets to install F350 blocks on my 2011 F250 with camper pkg? I want to lift the rear a few inches. Also where would be the best place to buy this stuff? It'd be nice to order everything from the same place. Thanks

I just asked the same question to a local mech. and was told to use a add-a-leaf to gain the extra 1.5-2" I wanted in the rear instead of a block. Not sure if this is correct or not??

I too wish the truck sat higher in the rear a few inches so when I add 50lbs. to the bed it dosent sag. I hate the "leveled" look. The rear end is supposed to sit higher on a pick-up. Curious to see what others have to say on how to do this!

I've used the add a leafs to lift my previous F150's. It worked great for those. I just thought the 250's had enough leaves. Trying to lift it a few inches without hurting the ride. I'll most likely will be installing airbags to handle the extra weight when i have my bike lift and bike on the back. Just need something to lift it when empty without compromising the ride. I could lift it a few inches with the airbags. But, i'd have to keep enough psi's that it would affect the ride. Just went thru this last summer with my 09 F150.

screwxtr - I'd like to do the same to my truck. Did you ever get to the bottom of this? Thanks for any feedback.

All you have to do if you lift it with the 350 blocks is also buy the F350 end links for the sway bar. They are two inches longer and will put the sway bar back in the correct position. Part numbers are in this thread:
