Will a cap that was on a 92 shortbed fit my 86 shortbed

Yes. 80-96 short beds are the same. Sure you dont want a fiberglass tonno cover? I got one cheap

Whats your reason for running a cap and or cover, if its mpgs they don't help.

I noticed that you are running 9 inch total lift, does your rig eat tires?

Interesting I was going to go with a 6inch but I've heard horror stories with the ttb even with the additional parts to correct it. I don't much want a $1500 dollar set of tires eaten up before they should be.

Twin Tracton Beam suspension that Fords use. It is supoosed to be like solid axle with a better ride. But its a sum bitch to align and lift.

How about a bed cap for '81 flareside? Those seem hard to find. I want one to cover the bed and keep stuff inside dry.
