Coolant leaks in very cold weather?

It seems like every time the temp drops down to 0 or below, I get a nice green puddle under the truck in the morning, even if I did not drive it the day before.

Everything that holds coolant in this truck is new. All hoses, the radiator, the heater core, the t-stat, the water pump, the intake manifold gasket, the coolant recovery tank, and one freeze plug as well. The truck is filled with a clean antifreeze / water mix.

Today it seemed to be coming from where the radiator lower hose attaches to the water pump. We tightened all of the hose clamps. Hopefully that is all it is. Why do I have so much trouble keeping coolant in this truck? It has always been a battle. I don't think it has anything to do with pressure, the truck hadn't been driven for two days and was not leaking when I parked it.

Maybe you dont have a strong enough mix and its freezing just a bit and expanding the hose clamp allowing it to break open, I would check that first

yo J,
It's not from the plastic side pieces?
Look here if you didn't exclude the side panels:

The radiator is new. Anyway it was leaking at the top of the lower hose where it joins the water pump. I don't know why I am constantly having to fiddle with coolant leaks though.
