700 HP Hellraiser: Check Out Brantley Gilbert’s Custom SpeedKore F-150
SpeedKore’s first truck build is a custom F-150 beast with country cool details and killer carbon fiber upgrades.
Country music singer and songwriter Brantley Gilbert has made it clear that has always been a true-blue Ford truck fanatic. He just added a new F-150 to his collection, and it is an enviable one-of-a-kind rig. Created by SpeedKore Performance Group the F-150 comes with a ton of upgrades that make the F-150 a savage rig with killer looks.
Gilbert’s truck just made its debut at this year’s SEMA show. But before that, Gilbert got to see his custom Ford for the first time. In the video above, the crew at SpeedKore show Gilbert the finished product. His reaction? “Ohhh myyy God….”
The two-tone PPG charcoal F-150 Pro-Touring Edition Concept has tons of SpeedKore’s signature carbon fiber upgrades. This includes custom carbon fiber panels, fenders, front spoiler, splitter, brake vents, mirror covers, cab panels, brake ducts, front fenders, tailgate and tailgate handle.
But SpeedKore added an extra oomph by taking a cue from classic muscle cars. The SpeedKore F-150 is powered by a 5.0-liter V8 engine with Ford Performance/Roush supercharger and cold-air intake, with Ford Performance exhaust system. They then paired it to a 10-speed automatic.
The interior boasts leather details in the seating and on indoor panels. It also includes a fold-down child seat with brass knuckles and Gilbert’s name stitched on the seating.
Upon seeing that, Gilbert says “It’s got my name in the seat! Don’t get it twisted!”
The exterior also shows off Gilbert’s name, in billet lettering on the tailgate as well as custom badging.
The truck bed has a amp rack and a place for Gilbert’s guitars.
Of course, once Gilbert hopped in and fired up the truck, he’s ready to go. “Whoo-hoo! We gotta get this thing on the road!” he says. And soon we see him outside driving this sweet ride in the parking lot, looking and sounding so tough.
“You know I’m a Ford man,” says Gilbert. “And now I’m a SpeedKore man, too.”
Check out the video to see this truck in action. We have no doubt that the SpeedKore F-150 is going to put in a lot of time kicking up dust and kicking ass on the road.
