10 Times the Ford Bronco Played the Role of a Movie Star

Ford’s Bronco isn’t just a fan favorite in the real world, it has also starred in a variety of roles in many, many films.

Despite its quarter-century absence from this world, few automotive models in history are as beloved as the Ford Bronco. That enduring admiration is what forced Ford to bring back their bucking SUV for the 2021 model year, and has also caused older models to skyrocket in value. But on top of all that, the Bronco has also played the role of movie and TV star more times than we can count.

So we thought it would be fun to pick out 10 of our favorite Bronco movie moments and highlight them here for your enjoyment. Chances are, you’ve probably seen all of these films at least once. But they’re certainly worth watching again, especially if you forgot that a Ford Bronco played at least a supporting role in each one of them.

Speed

A first-gen Bronco played a major role in the smash 1994 hit Speed, as it was Keanu Reeves‘s personal ride in the movie. Most of the film revolved around Reeves’ attempts to stop a bus rigged with a bomb, but it was this particular SUV that left an impression on us in the unforgettable flick.
